Can you provide exactly your requirements?
Number of prints per day? Weeks? Months?
Photo quality?
WIFI enabled?
Fax?

Most entry level printers around $80 and up provide all the above.
Canon, HP, Lexmark are good brands available at Walmart, Staples, Amazon, Bestbuy.

What you need to look at is the price of ink cartridges. That's where it gets expensive.
I refill my own multiple times with a kit from Amazon for $18.
Not that difficult to do and there are instructional videos available on Youtube.

I have a Canon TS6200 I use for printing and scanning documents and images that has lasted a couple years of use and I like it. Only a few pictures printed but they turned out pretty good but like all printers now the biggest cost is in the refills.

I have a "Brother" printer/scanner..... pictures and fax..... It has worked very well for 12 years now.
