    Default Pierre on inflation

Question is how do we throw Trudeau and company in jail and get Pierre to implement a common sense plan?

That's a good question, I guess getting voters out in the next election, maybe late this year if the Libs see the opportunity for a majority again, they really want to be able do do what they want without accountability.

The media lies for them, the Libs are lying endlessly, being divisive to create as hard an US vs THEM wall as they can and handing out free stuff like crazy while running up huge debts and as noted in my post on the Rebel it seems even RBC is on their side now. They have used PMO privilege and the secrecy act to block investigation and disclosure and their die hard cult members are happy on the 2030 Utopia road. Conservatives acting responsibly doesn't get as much media etc. support as Liberal lies and cheques so getting them out is probably impossible for atleast a year if then unless the NDP suddenly gets integrity or pi**** at them

Oh wait, hasn’t had any experience outside of fart catching for other politicians before getting himself elected. Still, should be a fun race to watch. But he does have a nice fat pension thanks to all Canadians.

If he is a man of his word I guess your chances look pretty slim.

"In his essay he argued, among other things, for a two-term limit for all members of Parliament"

I guess this is why you love Pierre so much?

" Poilievre made remarks to CFRA News Talk Radio regarding the compensation and the residential school survivors, for which he would later apologize.[20] Poilievre stated that he didn't think Canada was "getting value for all this money", instead "we need to engender the values of hard work and independence and self-reliance." Poilievre apologized in Parliament the next day, saying, "Mr. Speaker, I rise today to offer a full apology to aboriginal people, to the House and to all Canadians. Yesterday, on a day when the House and all Canadians were celebrating a new beginning, I made remarks that were hurtful and wrong. I accept responsibility for them, and I apologize."

Or maybe you like the racist terms he bands about?

Poilievre is opposed to a national carbon tax. In May 2009 Poilievre was accused of having insensitively used the term "tar baby" in the House of Commons in reference to a policy of carbon taxation from which Poilievre suggested that Liberal leader Michael Ignatieff would try to distance himself. Poilievre repeated the term later in the same question period. A number of opposition MPs demanded Poilievre make amends for the use of the term. Poilievre argued that he did not know that the term had racist undertones and was using the term in the sense of its common definition as a sticky and hard to handle issue.

Violations of the Canada Elections Act oh my this is getting worse?

In July 2015, while acting in his capacity as a Cabinet minister, Poilievre announced an expansion of a child care benefit program. During the announcement, he wore a Conservative Party of Canada shirt, stated that the payments were from "our Conservative government," and claimed that "if the Liberals and NDP were to take office they would take the benefits away and raise taxes." Later in 2017, the elections commissioner determined that the occasion was akin to a Conservative party campaign event, rather than a Government of Canada announcement. As the government spent approximately $4,800 related to the event, it was essentially "a de facto non-monetary contribution" to the Conservative party.

The commissioner ruled that this was a campaign finance violation, as Poilievre had "knowingly circumvent[ed] the prohibition on contributions to a registered party by ineligible contributors." Poilievre was ordered to post a link to the ruling on his social media.

Looks like he is a flip flopper as well?

    Social issues
Poilievre is a social liberal. On abortion, Poilievre is pro-choice. Poilievre voted against the legalization of same-sex marriage in 2005, like most Conservative MPs, though he later reversed his previous position and in 2020, called gay marriage a 'success'

"Poilievre was adopted at birth by schoolteachers"

Now he can't be all bad.

Go ahead Gilroy keep up your character assassination, much expected when the left feels threat.
His pension is nothing more or less than any MP is capable of gaining. If MP's pensions are based on hard work for the the people, Pierre more than qualifies for his. Can't think of any liberal MP's that would qualify...lol.
    Pierre's past doesn't compare to your heros...lol

Well its not a character attack its simply stating know FACTS about the man. He appears to have a BA and has never actually held a real job.

I can see how he would appeal to YOU from your past attacks on aboriginal's.

Its pretty hypocritical of you to attack Justin for a innocent Black face Halloween costume BUT Pierre does not know the term TAR BABY might be offensive.

I think I now understand why he would not see himself FIT to RUN for the leadership of anything in Canada.

Apparently odds are against another term for the Village Idiot....scuttle butt from Parliament hill is that the Liberals will see a change of leadership before the next election. He's been grooming Chrystia to replace him..the Liberals 'need' a woman leader...so being a good feminist he'll throw himself on his sword.
