    Default Gloves while processing game

I do not use gloves much for any of the above.
I believe using gloves, while can be great for protection from ticks,or else-while cutting up meat, there is a high chance of cutting off pieces of gloves ,which end up in the meat.
In the olde days ,it was unheard of ,and we were just fine.
    What everyone else is doing?

For a while now been wearing Nitrile gloves to processing. Feel I have better tactile feel for the meat. Also clean up is a much quicker.

I never remember my dad wearing gloves cleaning any game. Even processing/ butchering was done without gloves. I loved watching the older guys cut up the meat and hand it off to the ladies for packaging. I fondly remember my grandmother picking through for special cuts for herself. Lol.

Fast forward to now. I don’t wear gloves for processing, but my brother does. Not sure why he picked up on it.

I use latex gloves when cleaning fish. Easier to get rid of the smell. But for game, never thought about it.

I use nitrile gloves. If I didn't have any with me, it would not stop me from doing what was required, but I prefer to use them. Yes, occasionally a small piece can get knicked off, but I usually notice right away and remove it. Anyway, nitrile is very resistant to chemical degradation, so it would pass right through your digestive tract.

I use latex gloves, safety glasses and apron for Coyote skinning. You just never know with those damn things, not wise to take a chance.
If a tree falls on your ex in the woods and nobody hears it,you should probably still get rid of your chainsaw. Just sayin'....
