On-line renewal
Has anyone tried to renew their FL on-line lately ? Two hours spent trying, then it timed out !!

Just logged in no problem. I tested by putting a wolf tag in the cart and it works.
Try deleting your browsing history and restarting your computer to clear the cache.

It’s the RCMP renewal site..not the hunting licence renewal site…

FL = Fishing License.....No?....lol
Just tried logging in to the RCMP site. Yep, the site is down.
edit: It is over 1 minute between web pages so best to try another time.

Nope sorry, Firearms Licence… lol. It was a good 5 min between pages, then hung up and timed out….POS program !!!

I submitted my application a few weeks ago without any issues. I have not checked the status yet to determine if it was accepted for processing though. Thanks for the reminder. I will check and let you know if I run into any problems with the system.
Edit: yes, definitely some issue right now. I could not even sign in. I tried with a different browser and was able to check the status of my application, but it took a long time. I would wait a day or so if I was trying to submit a renewal application.

I applied online for my RPAL on Nov. 27. It arrived just before xmas. No issues and the wife didn't even get a call?
The system appears to work good, when it works?

Sometime this time last year i did my FL Online.
It took me really just as long as i read line by line the Application, typed the aswers, and submit.
I am by far not a Computer Geek myself...........so do not despair Rick!
I think they have an issue.
Hopefully it will clear up soon.

It's like the MTO on the last day of the month and the first day of the next month...system overload, long lines. Leave these things to the last minute..and it causes the system to crash.

Thankfully I didn’t leave it for the last minute. I still have lots of time for them to sort the mess out !
