Has too much time on their hands
.... or now instead... an ANNUAL tax on your house.
Liberals keep flirting with taxing your home while denying it's on the agenda
https://torontosun.com/opinion/colum...-on-the-agenda
"They propose an annual surtax on homes of between 0.5% and 1% per year to raise $5.8 billion annually for the government. "
Translation, take $5,800,000,000 out of taxpayers pockets and out of the economy!
What's really going on with plans to tax the value of Canadian homes?
https://torontosun.com/opinion/colum...canadian-homes
Reminds me of something... oh wait "in 2030 you will own nothing" ... making housing too expensive to have.

I am pretty sure that is one issue that all Canadians can get behind and send a clear message that we do NOT want this.

Liberals couldn't care less what anyone thinks. This will play well with their base, you know, all their supporters who are getting free money by the bucket load mostly in Toronto,Montreal,Vancouver and the Maritimes.
If a tree falls on your ex in the woods and nobody hears it,you should probably still get rid of your chainsaw. Just sayin'....

Us retirees haven't recieved a nickle. The freeloaders got the gold mine and we got the shaft. Even the Mrs. (American) got $2800 in the form of two cheques from President Trump.

Nope we haven't rec'd a nickel, but why the hell should we? I haven't lost any income like so many have, so don't feel that I'm entitled to anything. Ticks me off that many who shouldn't have either, have played the system when so many really need the help right now, but still don't feel like I'm entitled to it.

It is not the free money, look at the last election, it is fear.
JT was way behind in the polls, to the point of it being a Conservative majority. Then he pulled out the gun card, he claimed that O'Toole was going to make machine guns legal for all in Canada and the polls flipped on a dime.

Interesting assertion but after some research I can find nothing to support this? Could you give me some evidence this is what swung the election.
