More and more European countries are starting to drop covid restrictions.

British Prime Minister Boris Johnson announced the end of COVID-19 measures introduced to curb the rapid spread of the Omicron variant in England as he looks to live with the virus after a peak in cases.

Johnson said that none of the so-called Plan B measures would remain in England, as face masks would not be legally enforced anywhere, COVID passes would not be mandatory and advice to work from home would end.

Sweden has always taken the logical approach...good to hear that they are still ahead of the nonsense like here with the restrictions on our truckers that pose NO more of a threat to spreading the virus than the fully faxxed.

Sweden introduced rules for a recent negative COVID test on Dec. 28 last year in a bid to slow the spread of the more contagious Omicron variant. Since then, Sweden has repeatedly set new daily case records with Omicron now the totally dominant variant.

"Travelers are no longer considered to pose a particular risk of affecting the spread of Omicron in Sweden," the government said in a statement.

I think they've seen the writing on the wall. People from all walks and partisan beliefs are openly criticizing and asking questions the politicos are afraid to answer simply because they can't come up with any more bullshyte that can't be instantly proven false. In the coming days,watch for them falling all over themselves with excuses,mitigation "programs" quickly being cancelled and full-blown retreats on business closures and activity cancellations.

People have cell phones, their location is tracked constantly and it does not matter if you have a covid vaccine or not. I don't get how you are saying that the QR code is what is tracking you, hell, the Canadian government was taking tracking information from phones with no permission and it happens in every single country in the world, including the Republican US when Trump was in office.
