    Default Eating healthy

It is sometimes difficult to determine how nutritious a meal can be for you.
A second opinion is sometimes necessary. A canine can be trained to help in most situations.
They are utilized by hunters to retrieve game, agents to detect drug smuggling, Seeing eye dogs....etc.
    Why not food as well?

Here is a perfect example of one at work.

I you take a hard look at "deli" meat or most of those hams in plastic, it's meat slammed and squished together. Haven't eaten that in many years.

Depending on the producer, deli meat is a no go for me as well. I will eat some sausages that are from the deli. Sikorski seems to make a decent product.

Almost anything processed and or pre-made is off the list unless it's a special circumstance.

One of the big ones I stay away from is brown bread, the normal run of the mill whole wheat. That'll kill you quicker than cigarettes.

How is it one careless cigarette can cause a forest fire, but it takes a whole box of matches to light a campfire?

Not really, mechanically separated meat is still a barrel full of pink slime. There are some quality, whole cut deli meats but they are few and far between.

calcium peroxide,mono- and diglycerides, azodicarbonamide, DATEM, and the soy (soybean oil, soy lecithin, soy grits) and corn grits they contain are most likely genetically modified and are all found in most industrial whole wheat breads.

    Some scary stuff in there.
