No I am saying these 2 control the purse strings and are using the truckers to push their political agenda. The truckers and many Canadians are being duped into believing this is about vaccine mandates. Biggest point being other than the border crossing issue the Federal government has nothing to do with other mandates other than those who work directly under federal jurisdiction. The provincial premiers control most of these mandates.

They have nothing to do with the purse strings. The money is withdrawn from an account run by two or three accountants, the truckers submit their receipts with a form and then they are reimbursed for fuel, lodging, meals etc. Any funds left over if any will be donated to the Canadian Veterans charity. All the rest is the federal government passing the buck, they have the power to end these mandate which their legality still remains to be seen.
