Ottawa bound convoy

I saw on the news this morning that the Ottawa Police are burning through $800,000.00 per day to police this event.

Why are the police not using the millions they collected in drug money instead of putting it all on the Canadian tax payers.

The money is already mostly accountable it it's coming from our working class that have already paid the taxes on lol.

After the courts decision it should be used where it's needed . I think I said that years ago. Kind of like a bonus that also helps out the fellow tax payers. The money is coming from the Canadian citizens is it not ?

How many Canadian people are spending their money on drugs today?
Alot we are not in a crisis because they are not lol.

Americans tried exactly that on Jan. 6, 2021 and it didn't change a thing other than end a few lives and destroy the futures of some so-called revolutionaries who are now facing or serving prison sentences.

Why weren't the people with Nazi flags kicked out?

All the other rhetoric aside can someone explain to me why these "patriots" didn't kick the people holding Nazi flags out? I keep hearing that these truckers are fighting for our freedoms and yet they tolerate the symbols of hate and oppression being displayed at their protest.

Don't confuse acknowledgement of the facts with approval of the activity. The issue now is that it's the bad apples who remain. Locked air brakes and tires removed will take a little longer but the police have plenty of time. If the owners want their trucks back it will be a hefty bill for them to pay. Also if the vehicle is inoperable and left in a public space long enough it may be deemed "abandoned" meaning the owner may never get it back.

Lots of ways around that stuff . They have millions to burn. The group that remains is the group from the beginning that has claimed to keep it peaceful . If they are forced to move I would just drive around the city that might make it worse for traffic lol.

They are all connected and have been keeping an eye on public safety. They don't want confrontation nor are they calling for violence. They have their own command center and keeping a close eye on what's happening.

Trust me the ones that remains have no interest in violence . They have helped police and other truckers as they banned together . But you won't hear of those stories in the mainstream.

I was listening to the cb station several times over the weekend on their live feed. Someone said a word and the command center said that it will not be tolerated at this event.

Even king himself has said to remain calm if someone spits in your face walk away they are not there for conflict . They are going to take the abuse like men and not start stuff.

But again you won't hear the media tell that story.

That's easily done just have another tax increase and pass it along to the residents of ottawa. Maybe justified could release some of the millions he's collecting in the federal carbon tax to support the police bill as I'm sure there are a lot of vehicles there idling to keep warm.

How true and well said Joepa. Just look at the Mohawks up here in Canada when they get upset they hold the government by the short and curlies by blocking the rail roads.

I heard them say in an interview this morning that they have enough funds to keep them there till 2023/24. Not sure how you would consider it abandoned if they're sleeping the back. Apparently the farmers fields in the surrounding area are full of trucks just waiting to take their spot.
