Can confirm. You can hear him say it for yourself.

You might call it an attempted "Q d'etat."

Well it is a minority government so if the conservatives could put their differences aside not only within their party but across the board and join with the other parties with a better plan to address the problems at hand why not, it would be the democratic thing to do. However, as we see here, its easier to sit back criticize and offer no real solutions.
Doesn't seem any real desire to step up an lead.

It does seem plausible, after all look at the unity the trucker convoy has already created. It is as interesting as it would be diverse, anything is better than what we have right now. I'm all for it even if it would be to only to call an election.

OPS members are not resigning, why would they, easy as pie occupation to police so far ,probably making big OVERTIME ,they might be getting another 1800 officers to back them up.
Paramedics have not been used to much so far unless somebody got burned in a hot tub, or hurt in a bouncy castle. LOL

Stop using the broken health care system as a tool to force injections to try and end the lockdowns and mandates.
If they didn't want to fix the problem in the beginning that is on them not me or my family for making the decision not to get the shots. It's not something we think about 2 years in and year of shots . They knew from the beginning and did nothing but try and push push and push the shots.
Sooner or later the government will have to pipe up or are they afraid they will be canned lol.

What has come out of this is the fact that the trucking industry can shut down the country - I hope this freedom march happens down here
The trucking industry mostly 90% of it is out there working, keeping the grocery shelf's full and doing a great job.
Its no longer a vaccine issue its an issue of an illegal occupation, disruption of supply and attempt to overthrow an elected government.
It is also funded by folk's in your country, if the so called freedom march hits your area, you might no be so happy.
Exactly how are these folks helping citizens on freedom when they are IMPOSING MORE LOCK DOWNS themselves?

I heard it from an Ottawa citizen being interviewed in the link Fishfood posted. I highly doubt your newsfeed would publish that given their track record on posting anything remotely accurate. Thanks for lookin out for me though, I wonder who is policing all those other jurisdictions while all the life guards are in Ottawa inflating the bouncy castles.

The Conservatives have shown themselves to be "political opportunists" in this affair and have zero credibility.
In the run up to the last election NOT A SINGLE WORD MENTIONED ABOUT FREEDOM BY THE CONSERVATIVE LEADER. Oh he talked about budgets and the Liberals spending to much, after they signed onto the spending for Covid, he talked about the terrible Carbon Tax but decided he would have a Carbon Levy, he did so much flip flopping. So now he has been booted the Conservatives are groveling around for any votes they can get including from insurrectionist's occupying parts of the country.

An election during a pandemic, why that is terrible according to the comments made at the last election process by the opposition?
BUT DID THEY SAY OH NO WE CANNOT DO THAT IT WOULD NOT BE RIGHT. NO THEY TOOK PART IN THE PROCESS BECAUSE THEY THOUGHT THEY WOULD WIN, NOW THAT THEY LOST AGAIN, LIKLE REPUBLICANS THEY WOULD LIKE TO OVER THROW THE GOVERNMENT. NOT HAPPENING.
