2022 seasons
So time to plan vacation and can't find the tentative dates for next year?? Anyone have a link?
Looking specifically for 49 deer rifle season (should be 1st Monday in Nov) and 78 Dec controlled hunt ( not as as easy to predict). Want to be sure.

There’s no mystery in the season start dates. They are found in Ontario Regulation 670/98: https://www.ontario.ca/laws/regulation/980670#BK4
As per the regulation, the firearm season in WMU 49 is as follows: “From the first Monday in November to the second following Sunday, in any year.”. So this year, opening day is November 7th.

49 is always the 1st Monday in November, running two weeks to the end of the Sunday.
