I call total BS on that, warned and then run over is justified, I think not.
You say that the decision was made by law enforcement agencies responsible, that was not the case, the Ottawa chief of police was forced to resign so they could get someone in there who would say that they were not being peaceful. I live up here, I know a large number of people who went down there to just see what was going on, the vast majority were very peaceful, only a few were a problem and they should have been arrested.
The prime minister was noted as calling ALL OF THE PROTESTERS misogynists, white supremacists, hell, he called anyone who voted Conservative a Nazi Sympathizer. There was no opportunity for this to not be considered illegal 2 weeks before anyone even got to Ottawa.
If you truly believe what Justin is telling you then there is no hope for you.

It fits the agenda of the group in power therefore it is not illegal, see how that works?
There was also a woman's march in Vancouver that destroyed public property during the same time as the protests in downtown Ottawa yet no arrests there.
The key here is, does it fit the agenda of the people in power? If yes then not illegal.

Whether the incident was justified is for the SIU to decide. But if someone ignores two days of verbal and written advisories to leave an area and decided not "hold the line" when the police advanced then it's not like they weren't giving sufficient warning something bad might happened.

Agree.
Further, Tamara Lich in shackles and held indefinitely for being a political prisoner. Expect lots more of this in our own ‘great leap forward’

As I’ve said before all Trudeau had to do was speak to the truckers, say he would drop restrictions (maybe some small negotiation from 1 month two a few weeks/days etc. and that’s it). Boris Johnson & Ron Desantis decided to end covid, and so they just did it.
Instead he panicked, hid, and invoked the emergencies act for parking infractions and ramped up the Holocaust rhetoric.
A truly horrible stain on our country.

Disagreeing with government has always been acceptable. Most convoy supporters should realize by now that disagreeing with the government was a non-issue. Illegally blocking borders and streets and promoting the overthrow of democracy was a no-no.
They were not already on their way out, and if the NDP had their way we'd all need 3 shots to do anything.
People had enough of being pushed around and lied to for 2 years, simple as that. The power-tripping health experts would have kept us in this state forever, and don't forget government employees were still getting a paycheque (and many got raises).
That's not true. We have heard sickening rhetoric from the leader of the country demonizing / slandering political dissidents with the worst possible things you can call someone. Censoring them and applying double standards. While everyone is distracted by Ukraine the liberals are sneakily trying to pass further censorship to our free speech (Bills C-36 & C-11).
As I've said before the only insult to democracy was exemplified by the government and their thugs.
The only 'illegal' aspect is in the realm of parking infractions, which is a bylaw issue. The blockades were separate from the protests in every major city across the country.

You are skipping over the fact that the protests were planned to be illegal but the prime minister 2 weeks before anyone actually got to the capital. How is this free democracy? At least the chief of police in Ottawa stood up for the right to peaceful protest and did not let the police go after anyone, he was forced out of his job for it though.

After the first day it wasn't a peaceful protest. It was an illegal occupation.

This is pretty funny.
Feds shelve proposed vax mandate for interprovince truckers, stress this has nothing, repeat nothing to do with 24-day #FreedomConvoy blockade: "Things change, science changes,"
Just like that, the science changed!
