Harris Bipods - Great Customer Service
I have a Harris bi-pod that is at least 30 years old. A small metal clip broke years ago and I jury rigged it so it still worked.
I finally decided that I should see if I could replace the broken part.
I sent a picture with my email. That was that. No hassle, no "do you have the receipt?"; nothing.
They just sent me the entire assembly. Free. It cost them $15 USD to mail it to me!
That is great customer service. It's all to rare these days.
A bad day hunting is still better than a good day at work!
