There is corruption of both side in that region. there is absolutely no doubt.
I am pretty sure that "some" claims made world wide are created by Ukrainian side to implicate Putin and get more support from the West..
I guess the argument is against western media portraying Zelensky as this "poor angelic victim" of big bad Putin. There are both bad enough to decent their countries in the complete mess.
Don't swallow what local media gives you - it's the same propaganda equivalent to Putin propaganda through his own media channels

Hard to believe the Russians are only targeting military installations when civilian targets are routinely being shelled. They are either being incompetent or purposeful, either way the civilians are the losers. Putin is trying his hardest to provoke a western nation to get involved. I’m sure his tactics will only get dirtier. I do find it interesting that there has not been any large scale protests in Russia. The population is probably scared of a Stalinist crackdown or are brainwashed. I’m not sure that Ukraine can regain air superiority even with fighter jets.
