I agree with this point. Once the war breaks out anywhere - it's a disaster that not only causes innocent lives to be lost but to both sides to suffer consequences.

However the local public is looking the wrong way for a solution because they have been brainwashed.. If the western powers were genuinely interested in de-escalation - this war wouldn't even have started.

So CNN, CBC, BBC, BBC World, PBS, CP24, I guess they all have it wrong even although they have boots on the ground.

The Ukrainian Government was elected by the people, they have a Prime Minister who happens to be Jewish, which kind of indicates that maybe we do not have a nation of Nazi's that you are trying to smear Ukraine as.

If you are worried about folks carrying Nazi flags I can post you pictures of outside Ottawa or Charlottesville and you can add them to your collection.

Putin is going to loose this war BIG TIME, he is going to collapse the whole Russian economy and half the Russian people are to blame for believing his lies and deceptions on the World. As it is right now his army looks like a paper tiger and his days are numbered. IMHO

Well. If the west wanted peace in the region they should have thrown all resources to rebuild Russia according to western model right after the Soviet Union collapsed instead of alienating them and trying to keep them in their knees by rejecting them to NATO thus creating a power vacuum in the region. This approach worked like a charm with western Germany after WWII.. contrary to treaty of Versailles approach 20 years before.

As a result - Now they sinking same amount of money into a war effort.
You gotta ask yourself is WHY?

My answer is simple - in order to control western populations - you always need an enemy/a scare so you can explain away all domestic policy faults..

That was what was actually done and that is why you have so many big companies that have operations in Russia. They were given the opportunity to become a western democracy and Capitalist. The first mistake was that criminals took over their economy the Oligarchs' with Putin getting a 50% cut of their operations, so you have about 150 very rich criminals stealing from all the rest of the Russian people. Putin then made himself President for life.

Some western investment firms like the one run by Kevin O'Leary got into bed early with these guys and got completely ripped off.

I can see how you might consider me a sympathizer D.C. Gilroy but I'm just keeping an open mind especially after witnessing the open and blatant propaganda put forth by all of the "media" outlets you mention over the last two years regarding covid. The Ukrainian people that elected Zelensky may very well have been deceived into electing him much the same way your "media" outlets have deceived the masses for the last two years and could very well be deceiving you now. I'll look for an article I read when I have more time and post it but the gist of it is this. Before Zelensky was elected he wrote and starred in T.V. show where he portrayed the P.M. of Ukraine this show was produced by a Ukrainian Oligarch named John Zaretzky who also owned the studio where the sitcom was produced for four years. Zaretsky also owns most of downtown Cincinnati and is a member of the Zaharian (Jewish) mob. What I'm saying is the people of Ukraine have been brainwashed the same way people have been brainwashed here by the "media", not everything is as it seems or is portrayed. There are numerous reports contradicting the media's version of events and people's characters.
