    I have heard they are a quieter bird too. Don't answer back and generally sneak in on you when you call. I guess they live in an area with lots of predators and a noisy bird quickly becomes a dead bird.

    I have a buddy in Texas and I just went down and took a Rio Grand off his ranch. There were lots of birds so it was easy. Maybe you could find a private landowner in Florida and just pay them too. Might be way cheaper.
