Dog Ramp for the boat

Anyone use a dog ramp?
I hunt out of a jon boat once in a while looking to buy or make a boat ramp.
Any suggestions?

I’ve seen guys use something similar to a hang-on deer stand, just below the waterline, covered with carpet. I’m sure it would be easy to make..

Had a guy up north with an older dog. He used an old toboggan that was shortened and had some of the curl cut off. Seemed to work well.
