And therein lies the problem. They haven’t gone after my ole 94 Winchester……yet…..so why care about the “other guys”……!

There are a whole bunch of things in life where one person cares nothing for the concerns of others, why would gun owners be any different.

I haven't been able to figure out how this handgun ban will reduce availability of guns to thugs. Unlike international borders, interprovincial travel isn't controlled or monitored. How would a provincial gun ban keep handguns from entering Ontario from other Canadian provinces? It can't and wouldn't. I guess no one has thought about that, but hey, just mentioning a gun ban will get votes from some people.

It sounds as if you believe that thugs are not getting their guns from the USA and therefore the largest arms dealing country in the world and the NRA are not an issue.

Associating the NRA with the problem .... so as usual you think the people that obey the law are the issue.

Oh, I believe guns are coming up through the international border. I just don't understand how a ban would stop them from crossing an unmonitored provincial border, from provinces within Canada where they are still legal.

Because a gun is a gun.

Homemade ,rigged together, store bought they are all the same they all shoot a projectile out the end. They can al be tampered with.

And the guns banned are they an issue in society? Nope one gun gets talk of something that happens decades ago lol.

And shouting "if they ban mine, yours will be next" isn't a winning argument.
There’s some truth in this, and it’s really unfortunate

Well considering your WEE POSTER has U.K. Firearms all over it what exactly has the NRA got to do with it.

But your right the NRA does yield power and the Americans continue year after year to suffer and die because of their liberal gun laws.
