I'm not so sure. Don't get me wrong I don't care for Brown. But... this seems like he might have been setup but even if he was it appears he went for it and knew it wasn't allowed.

Definitely some questions left to be answered. Transparency of process also could use a little light shed on it. Mind you it’s an internal party thing, and if one isn’t a member then it would be a challenge to find answers.

I think he was probably setup and but he was dumb enough to hire the women and allow her to be paid.

I would hope not, however nothing really shocks me anymore from either side of the political spectrum.
