    Bushmoose check out the dollarama closest to you, they have some Shimano filet knives for $4.00 I bought 5 of them and have one in the kitchen, one in each vehicle and one in each boat. great deal. you never know when you'll need a knife.

    I got a rapala fillet knife years ago. It came with a red plastic sharpener with the rods in it. Knives don't hold an edge as long when sharpened this way but it's easy and fast. I sharpen a knife after a few fish.
