Anyone successfully drive up from portelance Rd to 560?

With another season approaching I'm wondering if anyone knows a good scenic gravel road route up north from Sudbury to 560. I always got stopped and have to do a several hour detour.

Always a road washout or sketchy looking puddles near the most southern part. Hopefully Its nice and dry next time.

Use google maps and a gps. It’s a pretty straight forward drive, albeit a bumpy one. They fixed the wash out at km 50 and installed a new culvert. Until you learn the area don’t go down any secondary roads/trails, it can get confusing. If you start behind capreol you should expect to come out by shining tree.
