    Default Dreaming of Grouse

With grouse season almost here I’ve woke up the last two mornings dreaming of flushing ruffies from my favourite hawthorn patches. For now my pictures and memories from last year will have to hold me over. Good luck in the coming season and cheers!

Was out to my Deer stand yesterday and flush 4 grouse, never seen grouse in that location before, hopefully a good sign.

I’m excited as well. I’ve gone over my gear and organized and reorganized my things just to pass the time. I love upland all season, but late season is my favourite. Nothing beats a long hike on a crisp cool sunny day.

Same here, I prefer the late season but there’s no way I’m missing opening day!
