The issues using them for me are: I find the constant white noise and other enhanced noises take away the calmness we all enjoy when sitting on a quiet watch. I also find they are too noisy to use on windy days. Another annoyance at least for me is that they give off a lot of static if you get your cell phone close to them. Mine says they are directional (left and right channels) but I have not found a big difference with an older pair I have that were not. Hope this helps
Agree with this exactly. I will wear them for awhile hunting but the white noise gets bothersome

I've tried the lower-end Walker Game Ears and found the performance and sound quality lacking. I use a set of Peltor/3M ComTac for hunting and clay target shooting. They aren't cheap but the sound is excellent. They are waterproof and I've used them in all types of weather.
