Find an old, abandoned farmhouse, or other building, somewhere out in deer country, to use as a blind that time forgot.
What can I but enumerate old themes,
First that sea-rider Oisin led by the nose
Through three enchanted islands, allegorical dreams,
Vain gaiety, vain battle, vain repose,
Themes of the embittered heart, or so it seems.

I have watched a few hunting shows where they did this exact thing with good success. If you think about it, it is better than setting up a ground blind or tree stand new to the area.
Deer would see the old building as just part of their natural surroundings.

I’m sure if I was to shot something from my shop I’d be in trouble
This sound like let’s find a abandoned house and trespass

That depends on where you live, and what the bylaws dictate.

I have climbed up some rickity hideouts in the past but yeah I will use anything that is safe and maybe if it is iffy. I would not let my son go on anything that looked iffy.

Exactly. Totally legal where i live. Taken multiple different species (small and big game) from inside my house using rimfire, centrefire, shotgun and crossbow.
The wilderness is not a stadium where I satisfy my ambition to achieve, it is the cathedral where I worship.

I've shot a few squirrels out of the outhouse if that counts. Although I don't do that anymore as its hard on the ears.
