2022 moose hunt in 38

Like others weather was wet for 4 days, 3" of snow over next 2 days
saw one cow 2 days prior opening
never filled our calf tag

I was in 37, saw 2 cows a calf and a yearling. There was a native hunt going on in 38 when we were there for the past 3 weeks. Seemed to be fairly good number/sign when I was there. Fair amount of birds too.

Talked to lots of friends up there and not too many got one by the time i left
