Thanks for the update. I love Pelee. The posted land, was it in crops? It’s unusual to see posted land there. I hope it doesn’t become a trend.

I was on the second hunt this week as well. Weather was absolutely perfect, and the hunt was excellent as usual - Lots of birds everywhere. Hunted my older GSP and my younger Brittany, and they did very well - it’s great to be able to rotate dogs every hour or so. As for hunter numbers, yeah I agree that it seemed like there were a few more hunters this year which was nice to see. Still plenty of space to hunt without bunching up around others. As for posted land, I felt a couple more properties had no hunting signs posted, but still a very small amount overall (and not related to crops as far as I could see Dilly). As for crops, there were still quite a few fields that had beans up, so some of the places that I hunted in previous years were a no go due to this. Regardless , still plenty of nice spots and had a blast once again on Pelee.

Has too much time on their hands
Thanks for the reports guys, been hearing the same from others.
Got a brand new pup here, so eyes on 2023!

Great picture! Good looking dog and bird. Thanks for the updates. That is very helpful. I have skipped a few years but will be back to Pelee in 2023. It's always fun.
