Sighting In a rifle
Hey guys I’m in Mississauga I bought a new rifle almost a year ago now and haven’t been able to sight it in because I don’t know where to go. All the gun clubs are member only and crown land your no allowed to target shoot I do believe. I would like to find a place where i could sight in for a least a couple hundred yards do these places exist. Planning a moose hunt next fall all need it sighted, thanks guys hope to hear your responses.

Try Silverdale-St Catherine's area-they do have(at least used to have)non member access.

I’ve always sighted in my guns on crown land. No problems.

Welcome aboard,Mikey. You came to the right place. I would suggest Gagnon's in Oshawa. They have an indoor 50M range which is all you need to set your optics for whatever range you need. www.gagnonsports.com

If a tree falls on your ex in the woods and nobody hears it,you should probably still get rid of your chainsaw. Just sayin'....

Can I target practice on Crown Land Ontario?
It is so dangerous and it did start a fairly significant wildfire.” While shooting on Crown land is allowed, the use of exploding targets is illegal. “You can shoot them on private land, but Crown land, no.”May 27, 2022

Look throe the barrel get some fixed point as target on 50 m and
then adjust the scope to same point , test it on crown land sand pit .
Do not try to shot on couple hundred yard ... ( " be happy with one hundred " )
