    Default Auger quick connector

Got the idea that an auger quick connector may be handy for auger transport and storage.
Separating the auger shaft from the upper motor unit.
I have an Eskimo Z71. Been trying to find the Eskimo Quick Connector.
Looking on line they don't seem to be available anymore, can't even find on Eskimo website.
Was there issues with disconnecting or wobble?
Curious on feed back about ice auger quick connectors, especially the Eskimo brand version.

I've got a Jiffy gas auger, and I just removed the threaded bolt that attaches the shaft to the motor, and replaced it with a 1/4" PTO pin. Everything works fine, and it comes apart in seconds without tools.

I like to PTO pin idea. Simple and effective.
Likely already have a few in the garage.
Will just make sure I ain't wearing a scarf when using auger.

Knowing that Jiffy augers turn counterclockwise is new info too.
