I am feeling really sorry for the deceased, and CONDEMN the shooting.

At the other hand- while I do not think, the perpetrator was thinking straight and/or was in stable state of mind on Sunday......somehow his overall mental health and blaming everything on that is a cop out of a sort.

Especially after reading on the subject in the news...

De escalation is on my mind.

How can you possibly condone the murder of anyone ??

Any news on if it was a legal gun or not? If no news is out by now I’d guess it’s not.

If the guy had been dealing with this since 2017 an easy solution would have been to move him to another unit.
Problem solved and could of save the board years of stress and legal problems.

They interviewed a neighbour and he said he was aware he had a PAL but not aware he had a gun
