Hello Lance Cooper,
I suggest that you check out my "thread" on the Channel 68 waterfowl forum "Ice Conditions at Long Point - 2022-23" ... been doing this for the guys for serveral years now.
The inner bay is pretty well "frozen up" at the moment and even the boat launch at the Big Creek bridge is "frozen shut" right now. May see some warmer temperatures shortly.

Most of the ramps are closed due to ice and or operators choosing to do so. Big Creek ramp looked open but from the view in town the Inner Bay looked icey . You might try Collins Marina or Turkey Point Marina but still doubtful. Couple of trucks parked where they might walk out to 40- 42 blinds but good luck to them , at least water is low. Most of marsh is still froze over but enough puddles to keep some birds. With the temps dropping soon the year is about over I'm afraid to say.
Good Luck & Good Hunting !

Hello Lance Cooper,
Most of the Inner Bay is now open except along the shoreline and the boat launches obviously but colder weather is on the way.
Plenty of Tundra Swans, Sandhill Cranes and Canada Geese are still around but not sure where the ducks are hanging out right now.
