With just a little effort the night before, these tasty and healthy snacks will help keep you energized on the boat all day long.
What can I but enumerate old themes,
First that sea-rider Oisin led by the nose
Through three enchanted islands, allegorical dreams,
Vain gaiety, vain battle, vain repose,
Themes of the embittered heart, or so it seems.

I always like pistachios as not only a good snack but can follow your way back home if you get lost.

Cold Mary Browns, and the bones feed the fishies too. You can also never go wrong with a slice of a #5 wheel either, they are almost better the next day.

Like trimmer, a thermos full of coffee is a prerequisite. Add a couple bottles of water and several sandwiches. along with a few boiled eggs. maybe some cut up cheese and a few pickles should just about do it? Oh, and I also pack a lunch as well.
Healthy? I've never been accused of missing a meal....

Auto pilot is a lot less trouble.
