Grouse mount
Anyone get a grouse mounted? Would like to some time in the future.
They say the only good wolf is a dead wolf, If that’s the case than I’ve reformed many a wolf.

a buddy of mine has tail mounts like turkey fans. looks great, start with that and do post if you get a full mount and even a tail fan if you decide to try making one. You certainly have enough birds to ty with Lol.

Lol yes I have saved some of my tails waiting to get a red phase bird (they’re re pretty rare in our area) and I’ll mount the fans on each side of my first buck I shot last year.

Yes I have a mount of an hawk, an owl . a red headed duck and a grouse. Bought these at an auction 35+ years ago. The rules around this kind of thing has changed over the years I think; not even sure this kind of thing is legal anymore.
