Default Fishing License for Senior Canadian Citizen

If I’m reading the regs correctly I no longer need to purchase a Ontario fishing licence or outdoors card, I only need government issued ID. I live in BC so I’m a Canadian resident and 66. Am I correct as I am planning to go to brothers cottage again this summer and my outdoors card has expired

One of the few joys of getting old.

What I really get a big kick out of is when I say something that's not PC and 10 years ago would have got me castigated and fired, now, garners an "old guy, isn't he cute". The mileage I can get out of that...........
If a tree falls on your ex in the woods and nobody hears it,you should probably still get rid of your chainsaw. Just sayin'....

I take my old lady shopping and when we get to the cashier she points at me and say's SENIOR DISCOUNT after getting identified as such she then demands the cash from me and proceeds to pay. Is this not senior abuse? LOL

Obviously, she just uses you? The next step is she commits you to a home, sells your camp property and house then runs off with no forwarding address!

I heard over 55 is considered Old.

You better not think that as I will be knocking on your door claiming refugee status.

I wish. There is a reason folks retire around 65. Getting old is just fine IF you are healthy. Lucky if one is healthy after 65 +- . Be thankful.

( Just saw that you have been contributing here since 2011 Judge. Thank you for you contributions. )
