    Default Trump arrested

So no matter which side of the line you stand on this as yet never before seen development, a politician has been charged for trying to keep negative stories out of the media by paying off the complaintents and trying to kill the story before it gets out.
Does the same standard apply to sitting presidents/prime ministers if they have had females who they might have had relations with when they were in a position of power over them sign non-disclosure agreements (NDA) with a cash payout?

It definitely makes it more possible. Some people must have a ton of nda. The USA is more likely to charge politicians.

A California Appeals court has ruled in favor of Trump after Stormy Daniels lost her defamation law suit appeal. Now,she has to repay Trump's legal fees of another $186K. Added to the other judgements against her, including $190K she was ordered to repay after violating the original NDA,she now owes Trump a bit north of $600K. Her lawyer was disbarred and is now serving 5 years in state prison for theft and embezzlement. According to ABCNews legal analysts, the Trump trial is set for December, but,is widely predicted to be tossed owing to statute of limitation expiry on all counts.

    Pretty sad when
you can rape children on Ebstien island and no charges
    delete 30,000+ emails no charges
    steal government documents no charges
have 56 of your contacts commit suicide (never happens in that quantity) no investigation let alone charges

but pay a star to keep her mouth shut about sexual affairs between two consenting adults got to press charges in the most elaborate fashion possible.

The USA and its Republican party will have to suffer with Trump probably into the next election cycle. They will be soundly defeated and Trumpism will get flushed.

All signs right now point to big defeats for the Republicans and the best guy to lead them is Trump according to Democrats.

Mr Trump has weaponized the legal system for years and used lawyers to defend himself.

"According to a 2016 USA Today analysis, Donald Trump and his businesses were involved in 3,500 legal cases in U.S. federal and state courts during the previous three decades, an unprecedented number for a U.S. presidential candidate. Of the 3,500 suits, Trump or one of his companies were plaintiffs in 1,900; defendants in 1,450; and bankruptcy, third party, or other in 150. Trump was named in at least 169 suits in federal court. In the 1,300 cases where the record establishes the outcome, Trump settled 175 times, lost 38, won 450, and had another 137 cases end with some other outcome. In the other 500 cases, the cases were dismissed"

No wonder the American public voted him out of office.
