Probably a dumb question but does any place have primers for sale. It seems there are pretty much none.

Look for small pistol primers and large rifle primers.

I just checked their EE and there are a bunch of people selling primers.
And no. 11 percussion caps!

X-reload is getting some stuff in small batches but they go quick. You need to sign up for the restock notifications. Small pistol primers are slowly becoming easier to find but large rifle primers are like hens teeth and that isn't expected to change any time soon.
