Default Still a lot of snow

Some pics from Easter Monday. Quite a few deer moving around. I saw a total of 12 yesterday - most of them when I was working with the tractor and/or saw. The first deer pic will test your deer spotting skills. Lots of turkeys out gobbling as well.

Snow's deep enough I can't go anywhere with the tractor that I don't have a trail packed - mind you it's only an MX5400 w/o chains. But still - last winter I could drive anywhere, anytime.

    Beautiful pics.
Lots of snow left in the North, I was snowmobiling at camp all weekend.
    Good 25” of ice left.
But double digits temps is starting to melt snow.
There was 12”-14” of slush everywhere on lake by Monday.
Might have to put snowmobile away soon.
    Did see two Swan yesterday.

Up in the Lakehead region, we woke up to 5” of snow with frozen ice pellets underneath. More snow is forecast for the end of the week. One step forward, 2 steps back.

Yes, nice set up for sure, much nicer than my old Belarus. haha.
Would of been nice when I opened up my properties.
    I don’t think I could go without a tractor.

It's a 55hp kubota with an 8500 lb wallenstein. I love it. The winch will pull several times over what the tractor can pull.
