My buddy loves his trail cams. They send photos to his cell. It's how he keeps track of what's coming into his blind and bait stations. It came in particularly handy when he set it up in his backyard and ended up catching his wife "messing" with a neighbor in the hot tub while he was at work. Photos were an evidentiary slam-dunk in the separation agreement.
If a tree falls on your ex in the woods and nobody hears it,you should probably still get rid of your chainsaw. Just sayin'....

Interesting article, my first game camera operated by a piece of cotton thread strung across a game trail, when a large animal passed through it would break the string and would then print the date and time of the string was broken. I don't recall the name of the manufacturer but it was different than your picture. I often tell new hunters about it and they laugh at me.
My first depth sounder also printed the depth of water on a piece of paper, its long gone now, I wish I kept both of them.
And, thank you for your service.

Thanks for sharing your article, I found it informative and interesting. I currently run 8 cell cams for deer and 3 regular cams for moose. The I love the cell cams and get daily uploads sent to my phone every morning,

very good read. I hadn't heard of the fair chase thing, but I guess you could take it to fish finders as well.
