I come from several years of iHunter (paid subscription)
Been playing around with OnX for a week trial. cannot seem to find any feature that beats the iHunter

Yeah. For sure, me too. Lol
The challenge is the data availability. In Alberta, property owner info is publically available, so iHunter has that list, but in Ontario, property owner requests costs $$. So, if I am not mistaken, iHunter just lists lot numbers.
And if interested, you can use that number to do a owner search at your own cost

~$30 per search last time I did one. I'm sure that will keep the data unavailable for free in apps haha!
