Best shotgun/scope for deer

I have a saddle mount on my xs3 and have never had an issue with it moving. I don't see how it could as the screws fit where the trigger pins go and there is no movement.

Screws ? They use to have bigger pins to hold them , I guess they figured it out and updated their design ? I stand corrected.

I had a saddle mount on my 12ga 870. Pop the receiver pins out, put the saddle on and tap the pins back in. Solid as a rock. I would prefer the cantilever but were not available yet when I got mine.
