Well really glad it worked out in the end for you, but its such a horrible feeling to show up and find your property violated. Unfortunately I've been there and didn't like it.
Kudos to the local police, and hopefully they prevented a lot of others from having the same issues.

Glad a crappy turn of events ended in your favor and you will be getting all your stuff back.
Unfortunately for the crooks there won't be much of a punishment to deter them away from doing it again. Hence the rats nest lol
A great ending glad you get your stuff back.

good ending but I agree with others, they will be back at it in no time. You better have your stuff locked up better as they will be back and I'm not saying you didn't have it locked up proper, just need to go over the top now. Even that won't stop them since they will have lots of time to figure it out.

And… weren’t they talking about ridding the local police departments up there a few years back to the OPP. Glad things worked out for you.

Day sucked but man i was impressed with our local rural police force. I made sure she knew it too. Getting my stuff back tomorrow!
Well glad you got you stuff back, in many respects the rural police have it very easy because the local rounders SHOULD be known to all in the detachment. Compare that to say Toronto
with 3 million folks and criminals scattered all over the place.
Up my way the same guys doing break and enters keep getting arrested and released because the COURTS feel theft is a victimless crime.
Obviously these neighbours of yours are not real bright.
I remember recovering thousands of dollars of stolen equipment for officers in Kindardine OPP Major Crime Unit. All sold and pawned off on Church Street in downtown Toronto.
I took us half a day to round up the stolen stuff in a cube van that was in the stores and sold under the culprits real name.

What a violation of your soul! Glad to hear that the matter was solved. If the matter goes to trial, can you give a victim impact statement?
There was a time that public shaming had an effect, saddly perps just laugh at the suspended sentences and probation handed out by the courts.
