Squirrel hunting

Well since I got my 1st deer already thought I would help out the farmer early this year and shoot some of his pesky squirrels he having a real problem with. Only got 4 today, they must have known I was coming. Would have never thought having a retriever would come in handy, squirrel hunting but she saves me a lot of work

Good job, I plant swamp white oaks and american chestnuts on some private property, lost many many seedlings to squirrels.

been pretty tough getting the squirrels lately. Got skunked last week. today they seem to see me coming. I only got these 2. the 3 others I saw all made it to holes in trees before I could even get out of the truck. oh well will make a good lunch tomorrow.

I haven't had a chance to get out for squirrels in a couple years, 2 new kids and all, so have focused on big game. I miss getting out chasing those little guys. You even got the rare grey one that I covet
