Some ice at Long Point

Recent temps have seen some ice covering Coletta Bay and the fringe of the Units marsh but with temps on the rise and South winds it should be shootable come Saturday but the inner blinds may mean some ice busting to get to. Also the water level is down but beware of a seiche.

I just posted an update on my thread "Ice Conditions at Long Point 2023" and things should be good to go by tomorrow morning as most of the ice has melted with the sun shine and warm temperatures today.

My thread "Ice Condions at Long Point 2023" that I had referred to is on the Channel 68 "waterfowl" forum. My handle is "Tundra Swan" on that forum and not the "Buddy Boy" as it is on this forum.
