A federal court dismissed a legal challenge against the firearms regulations which banned and will confiscate more than 1,500 styles of firearms.

A reason why we should never let the guns go. Every gun owner should be standing up for all their rights together.

Australia is at it again they will never stop taking them away. They are currently after a pump riffle now. Still using the same old tragedy from 3 decades ago. We do the same push tragedies from decades ago.

The simple answer is to stand up and say no.

If not we all know the next tragedy will be used against the law abiding citizens to take them away.

If not under the current system your playing by the criminals. They muck up because they do not care and the actions fall towards us.

The current system if it's popular it's banned.

If it looks scary it is scary banned.

The current system some nutjob goes crazy and the law abiding citizens are the one who are punished.

So let's keep the criminals making up what the law abiding citizens can do or not do and have or not have.

That's how I see it anyways . Hey I don't even own a gun and I see what's happening. But I stand with your rights as law abiding firearms owners.

This is where the problem lies. In America they have rights granted under their constitution. This is not the case in Canada - we have no legal rights where guns are concerned. We only have privileges where firearms are concerned. Legal constitutional rights are difficult to mess with. Privileges though can be revoked, amended etc. on the whim of any government at any time.

Yeah that sucks .

Maybe the first step is to secure the rights to bare arms.

As for the criminals action needs to be taken in the right direction . Even the porch pirates have rights not to be exposed lol. Yeah don't post a video of the criminals or you will become the criminal after being the victim.

Laws abiding citizens shouldn't loose their privileges over the actions of criminals at all. They are criminals lol.

So an idea since we don't have the rights .

If law abiding citizens don't have firearms rights then government's shouldn't be using criminals to defend thier case. They do not make up the majority they are not law abiding citizens.

As a privilege it shouldn't be determined and regulated by the criminals actions to what law abiding citizens should have.

Just like the truckers the government said it won't change its course from a small minority fringe group. That should apply here too but instead they use it against the people to achieve their disarmament goals.

Criminals have right don't they? So we the people shouldn't be treaded like the criminals when someone goes off the deep end.

Maybe you all can promote that, that you shouldn't be treaded like criminals from a few bad apples. Because that's how your being treading. The next big thing and who pays the price we do. That's unfair because it will always go against the law abiding citizens the majority get punishments from the minority.
