Why am I receiving PM's for dating websites ?

Today I received a PM about a dating website. I did not open it. Can somebody look into this ? I checked my PC with scans and tracker removals and it is working OK now as I had lost internet connection after spotting that PM.

I received this PM yesterday and just deleted it.
