Moose tag question

Ok question a person applies in the 1st draw for a bull in unit whatever but was not successful for the bull can that person apply in the second draw for a cow same unit ??? Also how does the cow / calf tag work do u apply for one say cow and you get it does that let you harvest a calf or is that a separate tag for the calf . Thanks

2 ND draw is completely separate from the 1 ST draw ....... so yes you can apply for a cow / calf tag .... if you are awarded a cow/calf tag it is good for a cow or calf ..... not both !
