    A growing number of companies are starting to use the whole harvested fish for different uses, instead of just the filet.

    Is that a typo? "GSGP Executive Director David Naftzger first saw the concept of 100% fish utilization during a trip to Iceland. A cod that used to generate $12 for the fillet there can now generate as much as $5,000.". I'd be interested in how they do that.

    Iceland does some innovative things in there quest for using 100% of the fish - but still.

    Could be a typo this site says from 12 to 3500 .
