Temagami Laker tips?

I Will be in temagami staying at Finlayson in two weeks and finally have a chance to get the boat on Temagami.

I would love to target some lakers but since I haven't fished the lake since I was a kid I'm not too aware of any decent targeting areas for them. Any tips or advice for someone who hasn't been on the lake much the past 20 years? And don't worry I know the shoals can be bad.
