Video: Barred Owl at the Vernal Pool (Ottawa)

Hello All,
Always cool when a plan comes together. I set up a trail cam at this small vernal pool, while also dragging in a 'log perch.' My goal was to capture a barred owl bathing in the water.
Cool to get this bird last week doing just that. (A few days earlier I had a broad-winged hawk doing the same.)
If you're a fan of trail cams (and not solely for hunting) be sure to try out different setups. You never know what you'll capture!



P.S. the cam is tilted due to a raccoon wrestling with it the previous night, lol!
