New bug with forum - This forum requires that you wait 5 seconds between searches

The "Today's posts" and "New posts" links - which are how I access the forums always report the following error now.

"[COLOR=#333333]This forum requires that you wait 5 seconds between searches. Please try again in 3 seconds."

I can no longer access recent posts without searching through the individual forums - which I'm not going to do.

This started approximately October 8th. Can we get this fixed?

The 'Wait 5 seconds' subroutine does not work properly, constantly it loops forcing the user to re-try multiple times. The work around is to hit the refresh button on your browser, but this may only work on a pc not a cell phone.

The subroutine needs a conditional statement added so that it counts the number of loops and only runs one time per session, ie. 'if count=>1 then next'
