Established hunt camp-why not ?Neat idea.
Mobile camp-hard to imagine(unless under a tarp teepee,as the natives did it in the past).Lots of work.
I personally think-the squeeze is not worth the juice.

Yes-i think in the spike camp : the juice is not worth the squeeze.
Neat-but huge work for a little extra.
The 2 l plastic bottle trick and/or the CT 10 liter Solar shower works just as effectively,..with 1/10 of the work.
But hey-to each their own.

I'm just not a sauna guy. We removed the sauna when we bought our camp and converted it into a bathroom with a shower. In non freezing seasons we fill a tank with lake water and have an on demand propane hot water heater. In winter, we use a stainless lawn sprayer with a shower head attached that is heated on the woodstove.
I don't go many days without a shower anymore. I love to get dirty, but will always take a bath in the lake if the water is over 55deg or make myself enough hot water to shower. Takes very little, my 3 gal pressure tank will easily give 3 guys a shower if your smart with the water usage.

Heck ya on the Sauna idea. It's good for your mind and body after a cold sit in the woods!

Way back when before we had our own camp,on a Moose hunt,we stayed at a resort that had a sauna beside the lake. There was nothing like a half hour sauna soak, then, right into the lake. After a cold day coming back from bush stompin' frozen half to bone, there was nothing like it. When we got our own camp.we built a sauna out of scrap logs and an old Can Tire galvanized wood stove. It worked great. There's nothing like high heat to thaw out sore muscles and bones with rapid cooling into the river, afterwards. Sleep like a baby.
If a tree falls on your ex in the woods and nobody hears it,you should probably still get rid of your chainsaw. Just sayin'....
